The delivery times of the projects are approximately 10/20  working days from receipt of payment.

Projects are always delivered by email.

The renovation and plant layout projects are never executive.

The plans are done  at my discretion based on experience, creativity and following  the applicant's information. They are not contestable, but I can guarantee the utmost professionalism  and collaboration with the customer to ensure that they meet their expectations.

Right of withdrawal: the professional assignment is understood to be conferred with the payment of the agreed amount. Any right of withdrawal may be exercised within the following 7 days (the amounts of revenue stamps and administrative costs will be retained). After this period, any revocation does not give the right to any refund, not even partial, and therefore the entire agreed amount will be due.
